How Billing Works
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. The club owner is the billing contact. Payment is charged on the same day each month.
Only the club owner can access billing settings. Admins and coaches cannot view or modify payment information.
Invoices and receipts are available through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
Upgrading
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription and select a higher plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle -- you only pay the difference for the days remaining.
New roster and storage limits apply as soon as the upgrade processes.
Downgrading
Downgrades also happen through the billing portal. The lower plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, so you keep your current features through the end of the period you already paid for.
Before downgrading, check that your current roster size and storage usage fit within the lower plan's limits. If they exceed the cap, you will need to reduce them before the downgrade takes effect. The system warns you during the process.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal. Your club remains active through the end of the current billing period. After that:
- Existing recordings remain accessible for viewing and download.
- Coaching tools (annotations, clips) become read-only.
- The shared library view is disabled. Members can still access personal recordings.
- Re-subscribing restores full access immediately.
