Coaching Tools
Annotate matches, create clips, share highlights, and review stats.
Annotations
Open any match in the replay viewer to add annotations. Pause the video at the moment you want to annotate and click Add Note. Your annotation is timestamped and attached to that point in the match.
Annotations are visible to Owners, Admins, and Coaches. Members (parents) do not see coaching annotations. Use annotations to mark takedowns, escapes, technique corrections, or anything else you want to review later.
Clip Creation
In the replay viewer, use the timeline scrubber to select a start and end point, then click Create Clip. Give the clip a title (e.g., "Double leg setup at 1:32").
Clips are saved to the club library alongside full match recordings. They can be organized by wrestler, event, or technique tag.
Sharing
Any clip or full match can be shared by clicking Share and generating a link. The link works for anyone -- no account required. This makes it easy to send a highlight to a wrestler, parent, or college recruiter.
Share links remain active as long as the source recording exists. If the recording is deleted, the link stops working.
Stats Dashboard
The stats dashboard aggregates data from scored matches. You can see win/loss records by wrestler, weight class performance, and scoring trends over time.
Stats are generated from matches that were scored using the platform's live scoring overlay. Recordings without scoring data show in the library but do not contribute to stats.
The dashboard is available to Owners, Admins, and Coaches.
Announcements
Owners, Admins, and Coaches can post announcements from the club dashboard, sent to the whole club, to coaches only, or to a single group (if your club has created any). Once a post is sent, its audience cannot be changed.
Anyone who can see a post can reply, as long as the coach has left replies on for that post. Replies are visible to everyone who can see the original post -- for a group post, that means club staff plus the wrestlers and families in that group, not the whole club. A coach can turn replies off for a post or delete any reply.
Members can turn announcement emails off at any time from their own club page.
