Getting Started

Go from zero to a fully operational club in six steps. This guide walks you through creating your club, adding your team, and recording your first match.

Create Your Club

Navigate to /clubs and click Create Club. Enter your club name -- this is what members will see when they search or receive an invitation.

After creation you will land on your club dashboard. A unique join code is generated automatically. You can find it in Settings at any time.

Choose a Plan

Club subscriptions come in three tiers. You can start on Starter and upgrade at any time.

Starter -- Up to 15 wrestlers, 50 GB video storage, basic coaching tools
Program -- Up to 50 wrestlers, 200 GB storage, full coaching suite, annotations
Unlimited -- Unlimited roster, 1 TB storage, priority support, custom branding

Invite Your Team

Share the join code with coaches and parents. They enter the code on the Clubs page to request membership.

Your club has two join modes:

  • Open -- Anyone with the code joins immediately.
  • Approval -- Join requests go to a pending queue. An admin or owner must approve each one.

Change the join mode in Settings > Membership. See Managing Members for details on roles and permissions.

Build Your Roster

Go to Roster on your club dashboard. You can add wrestlers two ways:

  • Manual -- Click Add Wrestler and fill in the details.
  • CSV Import -- Upload a spreadsheet with columns for wrestler name and (optionally) email. The email is used to link the roster entry to a user account so they can see their own match recordings.

The roster is separate from club membership. Members are user accounts (coaches, parents). Roster entries are the wrestlers those users are connected to.

Set Up Branding

In Settings > Branding, upload your club logo and set your team colors. The logo appears on your club profile and is shown alongside match recordings in the library.

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG. Maximum file size: 2 MB. Square images work best.

Start Using the Platform

With your club, roster, and team in place, you are ready to go:

  • Record matches -- Start a recording from any browser on the LAN. Choose whether it counts against your personal or club quota.
  • View the library -- All club recordings appear in the shared Video Library.
  • Use coaching tools -- Annotate matches, create clips, and share highlights. See Coaching Tools.
