Roster Management
Add wrestlers, import from spreadsheets, handle season transitions, and understand roster limits.
Adding Wrestlers
From your club dashboard, open the Roster tab and click Add Wrestler. Enter the wrestler's name and, optionally, their weight class and email address.
The email field links the roster entry to a user account. When that user logs in, they can see match recordings tagged to their name. If you do not have an email, you can add it later.
CSV Import
Click Import CSV on the roster page. Your CSV file needs at minimum a wrestler_name column. Optional columns:
The importer detects duplicates by name and skips them. A summary shows how many were added and how many were skipped.
CSV Export
Click Export CSV to download your current roster as a spreadsheet. This is useful for backup, for sharing with tournament organizers, or as a starting point for next season after a rollover.
Season Rollover
At the end of a season, go to Roster > Settings and click Season Rollover.
Before running the rollover, export your current roster as CSV. The rollover archives all active wrestlers -- they are moved to an inactive state and no longer count against your plan cap. Match recordings from the previous season remain in the library and are still searchable.
To start the new season, import the CSV you exported, removing any wrestlers who graduated or left the program.
Roster Caps
Each plan has a roster limit:
Only active (non-archived) wrestlers count toward the cap. When you hit the limit, new additions are blocked until you remove wrestlers or upgrade your plan.
